Abstract  【Objective】 To explore the mechanism of CD8+ T lymphocyte apoptosis in peripheral blood of patients with primary liver cancer. 【Methods】 Sixty four patients with primary liver cancer who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the observation group, and 62 healthy volunteers who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The proportion of peripheral blood CD8+ T lymphocyte and the apoptosis ratio of peripheral blood CD8+ T lymphocyte were compared.【Results】 The proportion of peripheral blood CD8+ T lymphocytes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the apoptosis rate of peripheral blood CD8+ T lymphocytes in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The proportion of CD8+ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of TNM stageⅠ-Ⅱ group was significantly higher than that of stageⅢ-Ⅳ group, and the apoptosis rate of peripheral blood CD8+ T lymphocyte was significantly lower than that of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ (P<0.05). The proportion of peripheral blood CD8+ T lymphocytes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the apoptosis rate of peripheral blood CD8+T cells in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The proportion of CD8+ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with primary liver cancer is lower than that of healthy people, and the apoptosis of CD8+ T lymphocytes in patients with TNM stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ is more serious.
