Abstract  【Objective】 To analyze the remaining proteins and proteomics in some tissues of Mawangdui ancient corpse .【Methods】 The remaining proteins in skin, muscle and subcutaneous tissues of Mawangdui corpse were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the remaining proteins in muscle tissues were analyzed and identified by mass spectrometry. 【Results】 No cell structure was observed in the skin, muscle and subcutaneous tissue of the corpse. Histone and actin were not detected by immunohistochemistry. The results of mass spectrometry showed that 216 proteins were identified in muscle tissue.【Conclusion】 It may play a unique role in the overall preservation of Mawangdui female corpse and the maintenance of organ morphology by mass spectrometry.
