Abstract  【Objective】To explore the clinical effect of transcutaneous nerve electrical stimulation in the treatment of fatigue caused by chemotherapy for cervical cancer. 【Methods】From February 2016 to December 2018, 82 patients who received postoperative chemotherapy for cervical cancer in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, 41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with transcutaneous nerve electrical stimulation twice a week for six weeks. The fatigue of the patients in the two groups was assessed by MFI and FQ, and the mood of the patients in the two groups was assessed by HADS. 【Results】Before treatment, there was no significant difference in MFI score, FQ score and hads score between the two groups (P>0.05); after 6 weeks of intervention, the MFI score, FQ score and hads score of the observation group were significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the MFI score, FQ score and HADS score of the control group were no significant change compared with that before treatment (P>0.05); moreover, each index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Transcutaneous nerve electrical stimulation can improve the fatigue of patients with cervical cancer caused by chemotherapy, and relieve the anxiety and depression of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
