| Effects of Ultrasound-guided Fascia Iliac Compartment Block Combined with General Anesthesia in Femoral Surgery |

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the application effect of ultrasound-guided fascia iliac compartment block (FICB) combined with general anesthesia in femoral surgery. 【Methods】A total of 88 patients undergoing femoral surgery were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the observation group were given ultrasound guided FICB combined with general anesthesia, while patients in the control group were given only general anesthesia. Hemodynamic changes during the perioperative period, scores of VAS in resting and moving states at different time points, anesthetic effects and related complications were compared between the two groups. 【Results】MAP and HR of the observation group at 5min after skin incision were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). VAS scores in the observation group at 2h, 6h and 12h of resting and moving states after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The amount of propofol, the dose of remifentanil, the extubation time and the duration of complete recovery were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of nausea, vomiting and pruritus between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 Ultrasound-guided FICB combined with general anesthesia can maintain stable vital signs of patients undergoing femoral surgery and reduce the dose of related anesthetic drugs. The analgesic effect is definitely good and postoperative recovery time is short.
