基于卡诺模型干预在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用效果<sup>*</sup>

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the application effect of an intervention based on the Kano model in patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR). 【Methods】A total of 120 patients with DR admitted to the First People's Hospital of Hangzhou from June 2022 to June 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by the envelope drawing method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received an intervention based on the Kano model. The improvement of visual function, negative emotions, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. 【Results】After the intervention, the scores of all dimensions of the visual function scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score and the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05); and the scores of all dimensions of the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The intervention based on the Kano model applied to patients with DR can significantly improve their visual function, alleviate negative emotions, and enhance their quality of life, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
