多奈哌齐与胞磷胆碱钠联合对血管性痴呆患者认知功能及炎症因子、神经因子的影响

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the effects of donepezil combined with citicoline on cognitive function, inflammatory factors, and neurotrophic factor expression in patients with vascular dementia (VAD). 【Methods】 A total of 98 patients with VAD were randomly divided into a control group (treated with donepezil alone) and an observation group (treated with both donepezil and citicoline), with 49 patients in each group. Clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared. 【Results】 After treatment, levels of neuron-specific enolase and nerve growth factor were lower in the observation group than in the control group, while brain-derived neurotrophic factor was higher (P<0.05). Levels of C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-alpha, and interleukin-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The observation group showed a higher score of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and a lower score of the Clinical Dementia Rating Scale-Sum of Boxes (CDR-SB) compared to the control group (P<0.05). Clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher in the control group (P<0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 Combined treatment with donepezil and citicoline shows significant efficacy and good safety in treating VAD. It effectively reduces inflammatory factor levels, improves neurotrophic factor expression, alleviates dementia severity, and promotes recovery of neurological function.
