海派儿科推拿联合常规中医护理在小儿功能性便秘中的应用效果<sup>*</sup>

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the effect of Shanghai-style pediatric Tuina (Chinese therapeutic massage) combined with conventional Chinese medicine nursing on functional constipation in children. 【Methods】 A total of 100 children under 6 years old with functional constipation admitted to our hospital from April 2023 to December 2024 were selected. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Chinese medicine nursing intervention, while the observation group received Shanghai-style pediatric Tuina in addition to the intervention given to the control group. The clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) main symptom scores, bowel sound frequency, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The total effective rate in the observation group was 88.00% (44/50), which was higher than that in the control group (66.00%, 33/50), and the difference was statistically significant (χ²=6.832, P<0.05). After intervention, the TCM main symptom scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the bowel sound frequency was higher than that before intervention. Moreover, the observation group had a lower TCM main symptom score and higher bowel sound frequency compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences (all P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 Shanghai-style pediatric Tuina combined with conventional Chinese medicine nursing can improve the clinical symptoms of children with functional constipation, promote the recovery of intestinal peristalsis, and has good safety. It is worthy of promotion and application in community health service institutions.
