手术室规范化护理路径在腹腔镜减重双通路手术中的应用价值<sup>*</sup>

Abstract 【Objective】 To explore the application effect of standardized operating room nursing path in laparoscopic bariatric double-tract surgery.【Methods】 A total of 90 obese patients who underwent laparoscopic bariatric double-tract surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given the traditional nursing path, while the observation group was applied the standardized operating room nursing path. The operation time, exhaust time, incidence of intraoperative complications, operation success rate, nursing satisfaction and nursing quality were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The operation time and exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the incidence of intraoperative complications was lower than that of the control group, and the operation success rate was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The scores of psychological nursing, preoperative preparation and postoperative preparation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The scores of basic nursing, education and communication, ward management and nursing safety in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The standardized operating room nursing path can effectively improve the nursing quality of laparoscopic bariatric double-tract surgery, reduce the incidence of intraoperative complications, and enhance patients' nursing satisfaction.
