Abstract  【Objective】To explore the effects of comfort and detail double-layer infiltration intervention on immune function in patients with acute myocardial infarction in CCU.【Methods】A total of 86 patients with acute myocardial infarction in CCU admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected. According to the wishes of the patients and their families, they were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing measures, while the observation group received comfort and detail double-layer penetration intervention. We compared the comfort level, humoral immune indicators, and cellular immune indicators between two groups of patients before and after nursing care. 【Results】After intervention, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, and CD4+/CD8+ in both groups of patients were higher than before intervention, and CD8+ was lower than before intervention. In addition, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of CD8+ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After intervention, the levels of IgA, IgM, and IgG in both groups of patients were higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After intervention, the comfort scores of both groups were higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The application of comfort and detail dual layer infiltration intervention in CCU acute myocardial infarction patients can improve patient comfort, improve immune function, and improve patient prognosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
