丹红注射液联合依达拉奉右莰醇治疗急性脑梗死的疗效

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the efficacy of Danhong injection combined with Edaravone dextrocamphorol in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI). 【Methods】A total of 98 patients with ACI were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Edaravone dexcamphorol, and the observation group was treated with Danhong injection combined with Edaravone dexcamphorol. The neurological function (NIHSS score) and cognitive function (Mini-mental State Examination, MMES) score, Ubiquitin carboxyl terminal hydrolase L1 (UCH-L1) ,hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels and living capacity and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. 【Results】After treatment, NIHSS score, UCH-L1 level and hs-CRP level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and MMES score and life ability score were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.20%, which was not statistically significant compared with 8.16% in the control group (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】Danhong injection combined with Edaravone dextrocamphorol is effective in the treatment of ACI patients, which can improve the neurological and cognitive functions of patients, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and have fewer adverse reactions.
