| Clinical Effect of Danggui Fuling Jiawei Decoction Combined with Morphine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets on Moderate and Severe Pain of Primary Liver Cancer |

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the clinical effect of Danggui Fuling Jiawei Decoction combined with morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of moderate and severe pain of primary liver cancer. 【Methods】A total of 60 patients with moderate and severe pain of primary liver cancer treated in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group (treated with Danggui Fuling Jiawei Decoction combined with morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets) and the control group (treated with morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for pain) by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The analgesic efficiency, numerical Pain Assessment Scale (NRS) score, plasma D-dimer level, incidence of adverse reactions and comfort level were compared between the two groups after treatment.【Results】After treatment, NRS scores in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). On the 14th day of treatment, the GCQ score in both groups was higher than that on the 4th day, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, plasma D-dimer level in 2 groups was lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Danggui Fuling Jiawei Decoction combined with morphine hydrochloride sustained release tablets has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of moderate and severe pain of primary liver cancer, which can improve the hypercoagulable state of patients and alleviate morphine related side effects, and is worthy of clinical application.
