Abstract  【Objective】To investigate the predictive value of electrophysiological parameters of pelvic floor muscles for postpartum stress urinary incontinence.【Methods】A total of 94 pregnant women who gave birth in the obstetrics department of Zhen'an Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2020 to June 2021 were selected, and the incidence of postpartum stress urinary incontinence was counted. Univariate analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting postpartum stress urinary incontinence, and logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the factors affecting postpartum stress urinary incontinence, the receiver operating curve (ROC) was used to analyze the maximal muscle potential of pelvic floor muscle and the value of type Ⅱ muscle endurance at 1 month postpartum in predicting postpartum stress urinary incontinence.【Results】The composition ratio of multiparous women and neonatal weight in patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence were higher than those in non-partum women (P<0.05),the maximum muscle potential and type Ⅱ muscle endurance at 1 month postpartum of patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence were lower than those of non-partum women (P<0.05). Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that maximum myopotential, type Ⅱ muscular endurance at 1 month postpartum and parity were independent risk factors for postpartum stress urinary incontinence (P<0.05). ROC analysis showed that the best cut-off points of pelvic floor muscle maximum muscle potential and type Ⅱ muscle endurance at 1 month postpartum in predicting postpartum stress urinary incontinence were 11.37 μV and 2.00 grade, respectively, and the specificity was 73.53% and 64.71%,the area under the curve (AUC) were 0.799 and 0.763,the specificity and AUC of the combination were 97.06% and 0.915,respectively.【Conclusion】Pelvic floor muscle maximum myoelectric potential and type Ⅱ muscular endurance can both be used as sensitive indicators for predicting postpartum stress urinary incontinence, and the combination of the two has higher predictive value.
