Abstract  【Objective】To investigate the effect and safety of different corneal refractive surgeries in the treatment of myopia patients.【Methods】A retrospective analysis was conducted among the 850 myopia patients who underwent surgical treatment in Xi 'an Huaxia Eye Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022. Patients were divided into group A,group B,and group C according to different surgical methods. Patients in group A received sub-bowman's membrane laser in situ keratomileusis (SBK),patients in group B were treated with femtosecond laser-assisted laser keratomileusis (FS-LASIK),and patients in group C were treated with femtosecond laser small incision matrix lens extraction (SMILE). The uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA),quality of life impact of refractive correction (QIRC) score and endothelial central cell density (ECD) were compared among the three groups at 1 month and 6 months after surgery.【Results】There was no statistically significant difference in UCVA among the three groups before surgery,1 month and 6 months after surgery (all P>0.05). Compared to before surgery, the UCVA of the three groups at 1 month and 6 months after surgery was obviously improved (all P<0.05). QIRC scores among the three groups had no significant differences before surgery,1 month after surgery, and 6 months after surgery (all P>0.05). ECD did not show significantly different among the three groups before surgery,1 month after surgery, and 6 months after surgery (all P>0.05).【Conclusion】SBK,FS-LASIK and SMILE have good effects in treating myopia patients, which can improve visual acuity and visual quality, and have good safety.
