Abstract  【Objective】To investigate the levels of serum mean platelet volume (MPV)/platelet count (PC), nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB), and Fibrinolin-3 in patients with aortic dissection (AD) with different prognosis.【Methods】A total of 92 patients with Aortic dissection admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to February 2022 were selected, and they were divided into two groups according to their survival conditions:good prognosis group (survival, n=65) and poor prognosis group (death, n=27). We analyzed the levels of serum MPV/PC, NF-κB, and Fibulin-3 at admission and 7 days after surgery in the two groups, and analyzed the correlation between the serum indicators at admission and the risk score of Aortic dissection, cardiac function indicators [serum Troponin I (cTnI), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular Ejection fraction (LVEF)]. The risk factors of poor prognosis in patients with Aortic dissection were analyzed by partial regression. The prognostic value of serum parameters 7 days after operation in patients with Aortic dissection was analyzed.【Results】7 days after surgery, the levels of MPV/PC and NF-κB in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group, while the levels of Fibulin-3 were lower than those in the good prognosis group (P<0.05); MPV/PC, NF-κB, Fibulin-3 were closely related to cTnI, LVEDD, risk score, LVEF, and poor prognosis (P<0.05). The AUC of combined prediction of poor prognosis in patients with Aortic dissection was greater than that of single prediction (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 In patients with poor prognosis of aortic dissection, the levels of MPV/PC and NF-κB are increased, and the levels of Fibulin-3 are decreased. The joint prediction of poor prognosis of patients has high predictive value.
