Abstract  【Objective】To explore the clinical effects and maternal and infant conditions of synchronous surgery for patients with pregnancy complicated with uterine fibroids. 【Method】 A total of 200 patients with pregnancy complicated with uterine fibroids admitted to Xi'an Angel Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group (undergoing cesarean section and uterine fibroidectomy simultaneously) and a control group (undergoing simple cesarean section),with 100 cases in each group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, anal exhaust time, hospital stay, postpartum blood loss, lochia clean time, menstrual recovery time, incidence of complications (incision infection, constipation, puerperal infection, pain, urinary retention),neonatal asphyxia rate, length of newborn, weight of newborn,Apgar score were compared between the two groups.【Result】There was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) between the two groups in terms of intraoperative bleeding volume, anal exhaust time, hospital stay, postpartum bleeding volume, lochia cleaning time, and menstrual recovery time. The observation group had a longer surgical time than the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the incidence of incision infection, constipation, puerperal infection, pain, and urinary retention between the two groups (P>0.05); There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of neonatal asphyxia rate, neonatal length, neonatal weight, and Apgar score (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】Simultaneous cesarean section and myomectomy for pregnant women with uterine fibroids will not only prolong the surgical time, but also have no impact on the surgical effect, postpartum recovery, postoperative complications, and newborn health. It is relatively safe and feasible.
