耳针联合疏肝利胆汤加减对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者氧化应激指标、炎症反应及疼痛水平的影响

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the effect of modified Shugan Lidan Tang combined with auricular acupuncture on pain level,inflammatory response,and oxidative stress response in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. 【Methods】A total of 102 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January 2019 to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 51 cases in each group. The control group received auricular acupuncture treatment,while the observation group received modified Shugan Lidan Tang in addition to the control group. The relevant indicators,visual analog scale(VAS),serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) levels were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups.【Results】The time of first getting out of bed,the time of resuming eating,the time of first defecation,and the time of first exhaust after surgery were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). The VAS of both groups on day 5 after surgery was lower than that on day 1 after surgery,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). On day 5 after surgery,the levels of serum TNF-α,CRP,IL-6,IL-1β in both groups were lower than those on day 1 before surgery,and the level of IL-10 was higher than that on day 1 before surgery.Compared with the control group,the above indicators in the observation group showed significant differences(P<0.05). The levels of serum SOD and GSH-Px in both groups were lower than those on day 1 before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).【Conclusion】The use of modified Shugan Lidan Tang combined with auricular acupuncture in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can promote postoperative rehabilitation,alleviate postoperative oxidative stress response and inflammatory response,effectively alleviate pain,and is safe and reliable.
