Correlation between Serum Periosteal Protein,Hyaluronic Acid and Prognosis of Acute Spontaneous Intracerebral Hemorrhage |

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between serum periosteal protein,hyaluronic acid and the prognosis of acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ASICH).【Methods】 A total of 89 patients with ASICH (observation group) and 44 healthy people (control group) were selected as the study objects,and the levels of serum periosteal protein and hyaluronic acid were measured.Pearson was used to analyze the correlation between periosteal protein and hyaluronic acid and NIHSS score,hematoma volume and mRS score.Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of ASICH prognosis,and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the value of periosteal protein and hyaluronic acid in judging ASICH prognosis.【Results】 The levels of periosteal protein and hyaluronic acid in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Periosteal protein and hyaluronic acid were positively correlated with NIHSS score,hematoma volume and mRS score.Logistic regression analysis showed that age>65,NIHSS score>12,bleeding volume>28 mL,early neurological deterioration,periosteal protein >287.78 ng/mL and hyaluronic acid > 593.92 ng/mL were all independent risk factors for the prognosis of ASICH.Serum periosteal protein and hyaluronic acid have high prognostic value in patients with ASICH.【Conclusion】 The high levels of serum periosteal protein and hyaluronic acid suggest that patients with ASICH are in serious condition and have an increased risk of poor prognosis.
