| Effect of GnRH- α Combined with Reverse Addition Therapy after Operation of Endometriosis |

Abstract 【Objective】 To study the effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-α) combined with reverse addition therapy on the maintenance of estrogen level after surgery in patients with Endometriosis (EMS). 【Methods】 A total of 104 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group received GnRH-α after operation, while patients in the observation group were treated with GnRH- α combined with reverse addition therapy after surgery. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared and analyzed. 【Results】 The total effective rate was 96.15% (50/52) in the observation group and was 78.85% (41/52) in the control group. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of estradiol (E2), progesterone (P), testosterone (T), soluble intercellular adhesion factor-1 (sICAM-1), matrix metalloprotease-9 (MMP-9) and IL-8 (IL-8) between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, E2, P, T, sICAM-1, MMP-9 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the observation group (11.54%) and the control group (13.46%) (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 GnRH- α combined with reverse addition therapy can improve the hormone level of patients, reduce inflammatory reaction, improve the therapeutic effect and do not increase the adverse reactions after surgery in patients with Endometriosis.
