Abstract 【Objective】To explore the influence of mother-infant bedside intervention on the rate of exclusive breast-feeding and mastery of breast-feeding knowledge. 【Methods】A total of 210 primiparas in the obstetrics department of Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=105 cases received mother-infant bedside intervention)and the control group(n=105 cases received routine bedside intervention).Observation and comparison of breastfeeding rate, health knowledge, psychological status and nursing satisfaction in the two groups after different interventions. 【Results】After intervention, the breastfeeding rate, health knowledge, psychology and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The application of mother-infant bedside intervention in primipara can effectively increase the breastfeeding rate and improve mothers' health knowledge. At the same time, it is beneficial to the relationship between nurses and patients to improve the nursing satisfaction. So it is worthy of clinical popularization.
