Comparison of Clinical Effects of Different Anesthetics on Spinal-epidural Anesthesia in cesarean section |

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the anesthetic effect of ropivacaine and bupivacaine on spinal-epidural anesthesia in cesarean section. 【Methods】A total of 220 cases of cesarean section pregnant women admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 110 cases in each group. The observation group was anesthetized with ropivacaine. the control group was anesthetized with bupivacaine. The anesthesia effect and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. 【Results】The average arterial pressure and heart rate of the two groups after anesthesia were lower than those before anesthesia (P<0.05). The mean arterial pressure and heart rate at 5 minutes after anesthesia in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions and intraoperative hypotension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The sensorimotor block in the observation group was better than that in the control group after anesthesia (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Both ropivacaine and bupivacaine are effective in spinal-epidural anesthesia for cesarean section. However,ropivacaine has less effect on pregnant women, and the incidence of adverse reactions are mild. So it is worthy of popularization.
