Abstract  【Objective】To explore the effect of intensive nursing based on thermal insulation intervention on intraoperative temperature control and rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. 【Methods】One hundred and eight patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 54 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention in operating room, and the observation group was combined with the intensive nursing based on the thermal preservation intervention. The body temperature change, gastrointestinal function recovery time, hospitalization time and complications of the two groups were compared. 【Results】There was no significant difference in the body temperature of the observation group at different time points (P>0.05). The body temperature of the control group before and after pneumoperitoneum was significantly lower than that of the same group at admission (P<0.01), and significantly lower than that of the observation group at the same time point(P<0.05);the recovery time, anal exhaust time, defecation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, shivering and agitation was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The intensive nursing based on thermal preservation intervention is helpful to maintain the relative stability of body temperature, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the occurrence of perioperative complications.
