Abstract  【Objective】To explore the effect of rehabilitation training before and after operation on urinary control function and quality of life of patients undergoing radical prostatectomy. 【Methods】From January 2016 to December 2017, 92 patients who were to undergo laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention combined with postoperative rehabilitation training, and the observation group was given routine nursing intervention combined with preoperative and postoperative rehabilitation training. The clinical symptoms, urodynamics, recovery control time, incidence of urinary incontinence and quality of life of the two groups were compared. 【Results】The total leakage times and the score of incontinence questionnaire in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the leakage point pressure and the maximum closure pressure of Valsalva were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The recovery time of urinary control function was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05), the incidence of postoperative urinary incontinence was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), the score of emotional status was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the score of social / family status and functional status was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】Rehabilitation training before and after operation is helpful to relieve the clinical symptoms of radical prostatectomy, restore the function of urine control, reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence, and improve the quality of life of patients.
