补阳还五汤联合梅花针叩刺治疗迟发性缺血性神经功能障碍的疗效

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with plum blossom needle percussion in the treatment of delayed ischemic neurological deficits (DINDS). 【Methods】 A total of 112 elderly patients with DINDS admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 56 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received plum blossom needle percussion therapy, while those in the observation group were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in addition to plum blossom needle percussion therapy of the control group. The treatment course lasted for 4 weeks. Clinical efficacy, neurological function [assessed by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)], hemorheological parameters, cerebral hemodynamic indices, neurotrophic factor levels, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. 【Results】 After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The NIHSS scores, hemorheological parameters, cerebral hemodynamic indices, neurotrophic factor levels, and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were all significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions were observed in either group during the treatment period. 【Conclusion】 Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with plum blossom needle percussion can improve cerebral hemodynamics and hemorheology in patients with DINDS, promote the recovery of neurological function, and demonstrate good efficacy and safety.
