肝动脉置管化疗灌注联合经肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗中晚期肝癌及肝转移癌患者的疗效

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the clinical efficacy of hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) combined with transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and liver metastases. 【Methods】 A total of 110 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma or liver metastases treated in our hospital between April 2023 and May 2025 were included and divided into a control group and an observation group (n=55 in each group) according to different treatment regimens. The control group was treated with conventional TACE, whereas the observation group received TACE combined with HAIC. Clinical efficacy, tumor-related markers, liver function parameters, and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The objective response rate and disease control rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, serum alpha-fetoprotein levels and maximum tumor diameter were lower in the observation group compared with the control group (P<0.05). Liver function parameters in the observation group were lower, whereas serum albumin levels were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Health status scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). No statistically significant differences were observed in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 HAIC combined with TACE improves short-term efficacy and enhances liver function and functional status in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and liver metastases without significantly increasing adverse reactions.
