线上失眠认知行为疗法干预对焦虑障碍患者睡眠质量及焦虑、抑郁症状的影响

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the effects of online cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBTI) on sleep quality, anxiety and depressive symptoms in patients with anxiety disorders. 【Methods】 A total of 50 patients with anxiety disorders were recruited from Affiliated Encephalopathy Hospital of Zhengzhou University via outpatient service, posters and WeChat Moments from April 2025 to November 2025. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received sleep hygiene education and relaxation training, while the observation group received online CBTI intervention for 6 weeks, followed by a 3 months follow-up. Sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI), insomnia severity (Athens Insomnia Scale, AIS), anxiety symptoms (Hamilton Anxiety Scale, HAMA), depressive symptoms (Hamilton Depression Scale, HAMD) and self-efficacy (General Self-Efficacy Scale, GSES) were compared between the two groups before intervention, at 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after intervention. 【Results】 The total scores of PSQI, AIS, HAMA and HAMD in both groups at 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total GSES scores in both groups at the above time points were higher than those before intervention, and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Online CBTI intervention can significantly improve sleep quality, relieve anxiety and depressive symptoms, and enhance self-efficacy in patients with anxiety disorders, which is worthy of clinical application.
