分娩球自由体位干预联合LK妊娠及分娩基础按摩程式干预在足月初产妇助产中的应用效果

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the application effect of birth ball free position intervention combined with LK Pregnancy and Childbirth Basic Massage Program in midwifery for term primiparas. 【Methods】A total of 60 term primiparas who delivered in our hospital from February to August 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received birth ball free position intervention, while the observation group received birth ball free position intervention combined with LK Pregnancy and Childbirth Basic Massage Program. The labor duration, labor pain [Pain Rating Index (PRI), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Present Pain Intensity (PPI)], incidence of adverse events, and maternal satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups. 【Results】After intervention, the duration of the first stage, second stage, third stage, and total labor of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group; the PRI, VAS, and PPI scores were lower than those of the control group; the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group; all differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The maternal satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】Birth ball free position intervention combined with LK Pregnancy and Childbirth Basic Massage Program can effectively shorten labor duration, reduce labor pain, lower the incidence of adverse events, and improve maternal satisfaction with nursing care.
