司维拉姆联合血液灌流疗法对尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者瘙痒程度评分及钙、磷代谢指标的影响

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the effect of sevelamer combined with hemoperfusion therapy on itching severity and calcium-phosphorus metabolism in patients with uremic skin itching.【Methods】A total of 76 patients with uremic skin itching admitted to the hospital from July 2022 to February 2024 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table. The control group (n=38 cases) received blood perfusion therapy, while the observation group (n=38 cases) received sevelamer in addition to hemoperfusion of the control group. The itch severity score, inflammatory factors, calcium and phosphorus metabolism indicator, and quality of life were compared between two groups.【Results】After treatment, the sleep score, symptom and sign score, social psychological score, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), procalcitonin (PCT), interleukin-6 (IL-6), blood phosphorus, blood calcium, and total parathyroid hormone (iPTH) levels in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The World Health Organization Quality of Life Inventory (WHOQOL-BREF) scores were higher than those in the control group, with significantly statistical differences (P<0.05).【Conclusion】The application of sevelamer combined with blood perfusion therapy has significant therapeutic effects, which can alleviate itching symptoms, reduce inflammatory reactions, improve calcium and phosphorus metabolism indicators, and enhance quality of life.
