中药热敷联合理筋正骨牵引法治疗重度神经根颈椎病患者的临床疗效

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine hot compress combined with tendon and bone setting traction therapy in the treatment of severe cervical radiculopathy patients. 【Methods】A total of 98 patients with severe cervical radiculopathy who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group (n=49) and the control group (n=49) by random number table method. The control group was treated with Chinese medicine hot compress, while the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine hot compress combined with tendon and bone setting traction. After 3 months of treatment, the clinical symptom scores and pain rating index(PBI ) scores of the two groups were compared. 【Results】The scores of cervical pain, upper limb numbness, dizziness, and nerve root compression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05); the scores of stabbing pain, tearing pain, burning pain, jumping pain, and pulling pain in the PBI of the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The combined treatment of Chinese medicine hot compress with tendon and bone setting traction therapy for severe cervical radiculopathy patients can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce pain in the lesion and surrounding areas. It is worth clinical promotion and application.
