激励式心理干预联合理性情绪疗法在缓解骨折儿童的情绪困扰和疼痛管理中的应用效果

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the effect of incentive psychological intervention combined with rational emotive therapy on relieving emotional distress and pain management in children with fracture.【Methods】A total of 92 children with fracture treated in our hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into the control group (routine nursing intervention) and the observation group (incentive psychological intervention combined with rational emotive therapy on the basis of control group) according to random number table method, 46 cases in each group. The negative emotions [Children's Mental Health Scale (MHS-CA)], stress response (CSDC), pain degree and recovery status of the two groups were compared before and after intervention. 【Results】 After intervention, the score of MHS-CA in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, CSDC scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After intervention, the proportion of moderate and severe pain in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the time of local detumescence and fracture healing in observation group were shorter than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Incentive psychological intervention combined with rational emotive therapy can significantly improve the negative emotions of children with fracture, reduce the stress response and pain degree, and promote the rehabilitation of children.
