Clinical Efficacy of Kangfuxin Solution Combined with Adenosine Monophosphate and Lysozyme in the Treatment of Herpes Stomatitis in Children |

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with adenosine monophosphate and lysozyme in the treatment of herpes stomatitis in children.【Methods】 A total of 68 children with herpetic stomatitis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected and divided into observation group (treated with conventional treatment combined with convalescent new solution) and control group (treated with conventional treatment) according to random number table method. Both groups were treated for 1 course of continuous treatment (5 days). The clinical effect, temperature recovery time, herpes resolution time, ulcer disappearance time, inflammatory factors [(hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-8 (IL-8)] levels, immune function indexes (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups Should be the case. 【Results】The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%, significantly higher than that of the control group (79.41%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The temperature recovery time, herpes regression time and ulcer disappearance time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-8 and CD8+ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).【Conclusion】Kangfuxin solution can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of children with herpetic stomatitis, reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors, and improve the immune function of children.
