盐酸托莫西汀联合听觉统合训练治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的效果

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the efficacy of atomoxetine hydrochloride combined with auditory integration training(AIT) in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) in children.【Methods】 A total of 210 children with ADHD admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table method,with 105 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atomoxetine hydrochloride,while the observation group was treated with atomoxetine hydrochloride combined with AIT. The response time,error number,and missed report number of the two groups were compared,as well as the scores of the Chinese version of ADHD rating scale-parent version(ADHDRS-Ⅳ-P),combined raven's test(CRT),clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions. 【Results】After treatment,the response time,error number,and missed report number of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The attention deficit,hyperactivity/impulsivity,oppositional defiance,and total scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of reasoning ability,similarity comparison ability,perceptual discrimination ability,serial relationship ability,abstract reasoning ability,and IQ number of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).【Conclusion】 Atomoxetine hydrochloride combined with AIT has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of ADHD in children,as well as enhance their cognitive ability,and is safe and reliable.
