Expression and Significance of TrxR,7-AABs and Forkhead Box A1 Protein in Patients with Early Lung Cancer |

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the expression and significance of thioredoxin reductase (TrxR),seven serum autoantibodies (7-AABs) and forkhead box A1 protein in patients with early lung cancer. 【Methods】A total of 100 patients with early-stage lung cancer were treated in our hospital. The cancer tissues were surgically removed,and the lung cancer tissues and adjacent tissues more than 2 cm away from the edge of the cancer tissues were retained. The tumor suppressor gene product,protein gene product 9.5 (PGP9.5),sex determining region Y box protein 2 (SOX2),tumor/testicular antigen g-antigen 7 (GAGE7),ATP binding RNA gyrase GBU4-5,melanoma antigen A1 (MAGEA1) and cancer associated gene (CAGE) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. TrxR and forkhead box A1 proteins were detected by immunohistochemical staining.【Results】The expression levels of 7-AABs,TrxR and forkhead box A1 protein in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues; The expression levels of 7-AABs,TrxR and forkhead box A1 protein in patients with N1 lymph node metastasis were higher than those without N1 lymph node metastasis; The expression levels of 7-AABs,TrxR and forkhead box A1 protein in poorly differentiated patients were higher than those in highly and moderately differentiated patients,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).【Conclusion】The expression of TrxR,7-AABs and forkhead box A1 protein in early lung cancer increased significantly,which was related to the presence or absence of N1 lymph node metastasis and the level of high,medium and low differentiation. All three are involved in the occurrence and development of early lung cancer.
