| Clinical Effect of Xingpi Yanger Granules Combined with Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus Triple Viable Capsules and Lysine Glucozinc Granules in the Treatment of Infantile Anorexia |

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the clinical effect of Xingpi Yanger granules combined with bifid triple viable capsules and lysine glucozinc granules in the treatment of anorexia. 【Methods】A total of 112 children with anorexia who were admitted to Xi'an Gaoxin Hospital from October 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, with 56 cases in each group. The control group was given bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable capsules and lysine glucozinc granules, and the observation group was given Xingpi Yanger Granules on the basis of the control group. The curative effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups, and the levels of serum zinc (Zn), appetite regulating factors [motilin (MTL), substance P (SP)], body weight and height before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. 【Results】The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.43% (54/56), which was higher than 82.14% (46/54) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of Zn, MTL and SP in the two groups were higher than those before treatment; and the observation group was higher than the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in height between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). However, the weight of the two groups of children was higher than that before treatment. The weight in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment, and the children were well tolerated. 【Conclusion】Xingpi Yanger granules combined with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable capsules and lysine glucozinc granules have very good effect in the treatment of children with anorexia, which can effectively regulate the levels of serum Zn and appetite regulating factors, and play an important role in promoting growth and development.
