Abstract  【Objective】 To study the correlation between the changes of serum ischemia modified albumin (IMA), monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and Gensini score in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). 【Methods】 98 patients with ACS in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 were selected, and their serum IMA and MCP-1 levels were detected to evaluate Gensini score. The general information, serum IMA, MCP-1 levels and Gensini score of patients with poor prognosis and good prognosis were compared. The correlation between serum IMA, MCP-1 levels and Gensini score, the influencing factors of poor prognosis and the predictive value of combined detection for poor prognosis of patients with ACS were analyzed. 【Results】 TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, IMA, MCP-1 and Gensini scores of patients with poor prognosis were higher than those of patients with good prognosis (P<0.05); Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum IMA, MCP-1 levels of ACS patients were positively correlated with Gensini score (P<0.05); logistic multiple regression analysis showed that elevated serum IMA and MCP-1 were risk factors for poor prognosis of ACS patients (P<0.05); ROC curve showed that serum IMA and MCP-1 levels of ACS patients were positively correlated with Gensini score (P<0.05) The AUC, sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were 0.865, 82.70% and 86.74% respectively, which were higher than those of single detection of IMA and MCP-1 (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 the serum levels of IMA and MCP-1 in ACS patients are significantly increased, which is closely related to Gensini score. Combined detection can improve the diagnostic efficiency, and has important clinical application value.
