Abstract  【Objective】To explore the effect of CDT combined with Angiojet thrombus extraction system on lower extremity arterial thrombosis, ankle brachial index (ABI) and amputation rate.【Methods】From January 2018 to June 2019, 60 patients with lower extremity arterial thrombosis were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 30 in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with CDT, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Angiojet thrombus aspiration system combined with CDT. The therapeutic effect, perioperative index, ABI, amputation rate, urokinase usage, catheter retention time and SF-36 score of the two groups were compared. 【Results】The clinical excellent and good rate of the observation group was 83.33% (25 / 30) higher than that of the control group (60.00% (18 / 30), the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 4.023, P<0.05). The SBP, PaO2 and SpO2 levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the SBP level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the PaO2 and SpO2 levels of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the ABI of the two groups increased significantly, and the ABI of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the amputation rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the use of urokinase and catheter retention time of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, social function, physiological function, vitality, emotional function, mental health, physical pain and general health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】CDT combined with Angiojet thrombus extraction system can increase the ABI index and reduce the amputation rate in patients with lower extremity arterial thrombus, which is worth clinical application.
