Effect of Remifentanil Combined with Sevoflurane on Anesthesia and Hemodynamics in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy |

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the effect of remifentanil combined with sevoflurane on general anesthesia and hemodynamics in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC). 【Methods】A total of 80 patients with LC were randomly divided into two groups. Patients of the control group received the sufentanil, propofol and rocuronium bromide, while patients of the observation group received sevoflurane combined with remifentanil. The time of consciousness disappearance and awakening of the two groups were counted. MAP and HR of the two groups were recorded at the beginning of anesthesia (T1), 5 minutes after anesthesia (T2), the beginning of surgery (T3) and the end of surgery (T4). The adverse reactions were recorded in detail. 【Results】The duration of consciousness disappearance and awakening in the observation group was significantly shorter than in the control group (P<0.01).At T1, there was no difference in MAP and HR between the two groups (P>0.05). During the whole anesthesia, the MAP and HR of the two groups showed high level at T1 and T3, while lower level at T2 and T4. At T2, T3 and T4, MAP and HR of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). MAP and HR of the two groups showed high level in T1 and T3, low level in T2 and T4. The incidence of adverse reactions such as dizziness, lethargy, nausea/vomiting, agitation and respiratory depression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Remifentanil combined with sevoflurane is effective in anesthesia for LC surgery, which can obviously shorten the time of consciousness disappearing and awakening procedure, stabilize intraoperative hemodynamic and vital signs in patients, and has less drug adverse reaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
