Abstract:【Objective】To explore the effect of thromboelastography monitoring combined with risk early warning nursing on blood viscosity and quality of life in patients after fracture surgery. 【Methods】A total of 84 patients who underwent fracture surgery in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected and divided into a control group (given routine nursing intervention) and an observation group (given thromboelastography monitoring combined with risk early warning nursing intervention on the basis of the control group) according to the random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis, blood viscosity, pain score and quality of life were compared between the two groups. 【Results】After intervention, the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the levels of prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen (FIB) in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05); the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Thromboelastography monitoring combined with risk early warning system nursing for patients after fracture surgery can reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis, improve blood viscosity, reduce pain scores, and improve the quality of life of patients.
