Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the diagnostic value of transrectal ultrasound combined with serum Wnt1 inducible signal pathway protein 1 (WISP1) and chitinase class 3 protein 1 (CHI3L1) in prostate cancer.【Methods】 A total of 100 patients with prostate cancer (prostate cancer group) and 82 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (control group) diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected. The patients in both groups were examined by transrectal ultrasound. The expression levels of serum WISP1 and CHI3L1 were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The diagnostic value of transrectal ultrasound combined with the expression levels of serum WISP1 and CHI3L1 in prostate cancer was analyzed. 【Results】 The expression levels of serum WISP1 and CHI3L1 in the prostate cancer group were 1.43±0.30 and 1.67±0.36, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (1.02±0.22 and 1.19±0.23, respectively, P<0.05). The analysis of the ROC curve of the subjects showed that the area under the curve of WISP1 and CHI3L1 alone in diagnosing prostate cancer was 0.870 and 0.815 respectively, the specificity was 84.15% and 85.37% respectively, and the sensitivity was 80.00% and 72.00% respectively; The sensitivity and specificity of transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of prostate cancer were 70.00% and 81.71% respectively, which were in good agreement with the clinical gold standard (Kappa=0.509, P<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of transrectal ultrasound combined with serum WISP1 and CHI3L1 in the diagnosis of prostate cancer were 69.00% and 96.34% respectively, which were in good agreement with the clinical gold standard (Kappa=0.634, P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The specificity of transrectal ultrasound combined with serum WISP1 and CHI3L1 in the diagnosis of prostate cancer is higher than that of single examination, and it has a higher diagnostic value in early prostate cancer.
