Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the effect of phloroglucinol combined with obucain on cervical softening, VRS and adverse reactions in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery.【Methods】From March 2017 to March 2018, 124 patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 62 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with phloroglucinol on the basis of the control group. 【Results】The total effective rate of cervical softening in the observation group was 96.77% (60/62), significantly higher than that in the control group (77.42%) (P<0.05); after administration, the heart rate (HR) of the two groups increased, SpO2 decreased, and HR of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); the VRS score of the observation group was 64.52% (40/62), significantly higher than 33.87% (21/62) of the control group (P<0.05); the total adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 3.23% (2/62), significantly lower than 17.74% (11/62) of the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】The preoperative application of phloroglucinol combined with obuccain can improve the cervical softening, dilate the cervix, shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding, and have a positive impact on stabilizing vital signs, reducing pain, reducing adverse reactions and so on.
