祛风蠲饮汤对支气管哮喘患儿肺功能及炎症因子的影响

摘要 【目的】探讨祛风蠲饮汤对支气管哮喘患儿肺功能及炎症因子的影响。【方法】选择2022年1月至2024年1月在本院诊治的120例支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂吸入联合口服小儿肺咳颗粒口服治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用祛风蠲饮汤治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、症状消失时间、不良反应总发生率及治疗前后肺功能指标[呼气峰值流量(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV₁)、FEV₁／用力肺活量(FVC)]、炎症通路相关指标[嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-22(IL-22)]水平。【结果】观察组总控制率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿咳嗽、喘憋、哮鸣音等症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),PEF、FEV₁、FEV₁/FVC高于对照组(P<0.05),EOS、IL-6、IL-17、IL-22水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】在常规治疗基础上联合祛风蠲饮汤治疗支气管哮喘患儿,可明显提高患儿临床疗效,有效改善气促、咳喘等症状,提升肺功能,减轻炎症反应,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：【Objective】 To investigate the effects of Qufeng Juanyin Decoction on pulmonary function and inflammatory factors in children with bronchial asthma. 【Methods】 A total of 120 children diagnosed with bronchial asthma from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group (with 60 cases in each group) using a random number table method. The control group received treatment with fluticasone propionate inhaler combined with oral pediatric lung cough granules, while the observation group received the same regimen plus Qufeng Juanyin Decoction. Clinical efficacy, symptom resolution time, overall adverse reaction rate, and changes in pulmonary function indicators (peak expiratory flow, PEF; forced expiratory volume in one second, FEV₁; FEV₁/forced vital capacity, FVC), as well as levels of inflammatory factors [eosinophils(EOS); interleukin-6(IL-6); interleukin-17(IL-17); interleukin-22(IL-22)] before and after treatment, were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The overall control rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group showed shorter durations for symptom resolution including cough, dyspnea, and wheezing compared to the control group (P<0.05). Additionally, PEF, FEV₁, and FEV₁/FVC values in the observation group were higher (P<0.05), while EOS, IL-6, IL-17, and IL-22 levels in the observation group were lower (P<0.05)than those in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 Adding Qufeng Juanyin Decoction in addition to conventional therapy significantly improves clinical outcomes in children with bronchial asthma, effectively alleviates symptoms such as shortness of breath and coughing, enhances pulmonary function, reduces inflammation, and demonstrates high safety, making it worthy of clinical application and promotion.
