Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the efficacy of sequential nutritional support combined with refined intervention measures in the treatment of patients with stroke. 【Methods】 A total of 78 patients with strokes were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 39 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing interventions, while the observation group received sequential nutritional support combined with refined interventions. Nutritional indicators, neurological function, swallowing function, quality of life, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. 【Results】 After intervention, levels of hemoglobin, albumin, prealbumin, and total protein in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Swallowing function grades in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), while World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF) scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Sequential nutritional support combined with refined intervention measures can significantly improve nutritional status, swallowing function, and neurological function in patients with stroke, reduce complications, and enhance quality of life.
