围手术期团队人际心理支持干预对玻璃体切除术患者心理状态与应对方式的影响<sup>*</sup>

Abstract 【Objective】 To explore the effects of perioperative team-based interpersonal psychological support intervention on psychological status and coping styles in patients undergoing vitrectomy. 【Methods】 This was a prospective randomized controlled trial. A total of 90 patients receiving vitrectomy in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2023 to November 2025 were enrolled and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative psychological intervention, while the observation group received perioperative team-based interpersonal psychological support intervention. Psychological status and coping styles of the two groups were compared on the day of admission and one week after discharge. 【Results】 At one week after discharge, the anxiety score, depression score and total score of both groups were lower than those on admission (all P<0.05); moreover, the anxiety score, depression score and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). At one week after discharge, the positive confrontation score of both groups increased compared with admission (all P<0.05), whereas resignation and avoidance scores decreased (all P<0.05). The observation group obtained higher positive confrontation score (P<0.05) and lower resignation and avoidance scores than the control group(all P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Perioperative team-based interpersonal psychological support intervention can effectively improve psychological status and enhance coping capacity in patients undergoing vitrectomy.
