社会支持联合心理干预在宫颈功能不全手术患者中的应用效果<sup>*</sup>

Abstract 【Objective】 To explore the application effect of social support combined with psychological intervention in patients undergoing surgery for cervical insufficiency. 【Methods】 A total of 100 patients with cervical insufficiency who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were randomly divided into an observation group (received social support combined with psychological intervention) and a control group (received routine intervention) at a ratio of 1∶1, with 50 cases in each group. The hope level (Herth Hope Index, HHI score), health behavior (Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile Ⅱ, HPLP-Ⅱ score), family function (Family Adaptability and Cohesion Scale Ⅱ, FACES Ⅱ score) and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 After intervention, all dimension scores of HHI, HPLP-Ⅱ and FACES Ⅱ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The term delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Social support combined with psychological intervention can improve the hope level, health behavior, family function and term delivery rate of patients with cervical insufficiency undergoing surgery, and optimize pregnancy outcomes.
