| Effect of Programmatic Management on Disease Self-Management Ability and Quality of Life in Patients with Rheumatic and Immune Diseases |

Abstract 【Objective】 To explore the effect of programmatic management on disease self-management ability and quality of life in patients with rheumatic and immune diseases.【Methods】 A total of 72 patients with rheumatic and immune diseases were randomly divided into an observation group (receiving programmatic management based on routine management,n=36) and a control group (receiving routine management alone,n=36). Disease self-management ability, pain level, quality of life, and medication adherence were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.【Results】 After 3 months of intervention, scores for exercise, cognitive symptom management, and communication with physicians in the disease self-management ability scale were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Scores for physical, psychological, social, and material functions in the quality-of-life scale were all higher in the observation group compared to the control group (P<0.05). Medication adherence in the observation group was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Programmatic management can significantly enhance disease self-management ability, effectively relieve pain symptoms, comprehensively improve quality of life, and increase medication adherence in patients with rheumatic and immune diseases, demonstrating clinical value in optimizing comprehensive disease management.
