Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the efficacy of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with acute antidepressant poisoning.【Methods】A total of 82 patients with acute antidepressant poisoning were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 41 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received hemodialysis treatment, while those in the observation group received treatment of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis. Both groups were treated continuously for three days. Changes in cardiac function, myocardial enzymes, inflammatory factors, gastrointestinal and renal function indicators before and after treatment, as well as the incidence of complications, were compared between the two groups.【Results】After treatment, the observation group showed a higher left ventricular ejection fraction and lower left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter compared to the control group (P<0.05). Levels of creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase-MB, C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-α, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, and blood urea nitrogen were all significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05).【Conclusion】Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis is highly effective in treating patients with acute antidepressant poisoning. It can significantly improve cardiac function, reduce myocardial damage, enhance gastrointestinal and renal function, and inhibit the synthesis of inflammatory factors, with good safety.
