基于Ahmadi模式的童趣化健康宣教在慢性鼻窦炎患儿中的应用效果<sup>*</sup>

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the application effect of childlike health education based on the Ahmadi model in children with chronic sinusitis. 【Methods】 A total of 104 children with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital from April 2023 to November 2024 were selected and divided into the control group (receiving conventional health education) and the observation group (receiving childlike health education based on the Ahmadi model) according to the random number table method, with 52 cases in each group. The mastery of health knowledge, nasal ventilation function, nasal cavity and paranasal sinus outcome test-20 (SNOT-20) score, levels of inflammatory indicators and treatment compliance of the two groups before the intervention and 4 weeks after the intervention were compared. 【Results】 After 4 weeks of intervention, the score of the health knowledge questionnaire in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The SNOT-20 score and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, and the treatment compliance was higher than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The childlike health education based on the Ahmadi model can significantly improve the health knowledge level and treatment compliance of children with chronic sinusitis, improve clinical symptoms and enhance the quality of life, and has a good clinical application prospect.
