肠内营养支持对早期急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者的心功能及预后的影响

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition on cardiac function and prognosis of patients with early acute decompensated heart failure.【Methods】The clinical data of 100 patients with early acute decompensated heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional anti-heart failure treatment, and the observation group was given enteral nutrition support on the basis of the control group. The changes of cardiac function indexes, nutritional status indexes and follow-up results within 1 year after discharge were compared between the two groups.【Results】After treatment, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular end-systolic diameter and serum brain natriuretic peptide levels in 2 groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Left ventricular ejection fraction in both groups was higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, serum albumin, transferrin, prealbumin and hemoglobin in 2 groups were higher than before treatment, and the observer group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of heart failure, mortality rate and disease deterioration rate of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group within 1 year after discharge, with statistical significance (P<0.05).【Conclusion】Enteral nutrition support can improve the cardiac function, nutritional status and prognosis of patients with early acute decompensated heart failure, and is worthy of clinical application.
