瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病合并颈动脉粥样斑块患者的临床疗效分析

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin on low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) compliance rate, symptom remission and carotid plaque in patients with coronary heart disease and carotid plaque.【Methods】A total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease combined with carotid plaque admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number method, with 45 cases in each group.The observation group received rosuvastatin lipid-lowering treatment,the control group received simvastatin treatment. LDL-C level and compliance rate, occurrence of adverse reactions and changes of carotid plaque [including carotid intima-media thickness (IMT), carotid plaque area, thickness and number] were compared between the two groups after treatment.【Results】After treatment, serum LDL-C levels in 2 groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The LDL-C compliance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, IMT and plaque thickness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in other carotid plaque indexes between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the frequency of angina pectoris attacks in 2 groups was lower than before treatment, the duration of angina pectoris attacks was shorter than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).【Conclusion】Rosuvastatin has better lipid lowering effect, and is beneficial to improve the symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease and delay the progression of carotid plaque.
