| Clinical Efficacy of Ultrasound-guided Intervention Therapy with Lauromacrogol Combined with Postoperative Oral Gestrinonein the Treatment of Patients with Ovarian Endometriotic Cysts |

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided intervention with Lauromacrogol combined with postoperative oral Gestrinonein in the treatment of patients with ovarian endometriotic cysts. 【Methods】A total of 82 patients with ovarian endometriotic cysts treated at the People's Hospital of Fufeng County, Shaanxi Province from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected. They were divided into a control group and an observation group based on different treatment methods, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received ultrasound-guided intervention therapy with Lauromacrogol, while the observation group received ultrasound-guided intervention therapy with Lauromacrogol combined with postoperative oral Gestrinonein treatment. Two groups of surgical indicators (surgery time, hospital stay), incidence of postoperative complications, and levels of ovarian function indicators [follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH)] before and 5 days after treatment were compared.【Results】The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%, significantly higher than 78.05% of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with preoperative treatment, FSH and LH levels increased in both groups 5 days after treatment, but the FSH and LH levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 5 days after treatment(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.32%, significantly lower than the control group's 24.39%(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The combination of ultrasound-guided Lauromacrogol intervention with oral Gestrinonein is effective in treating patients with ovarian endometriotic cysts. It can promote postoperative recovery, improve ovarian function, and reduce the incidence of complications.
