Abstract  【Objective】To explore the effect of graded Baduanjin rehabilitation intervention on lung function, fatigue status and glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). 【Methods】A total of 98 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 49 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional drugs and rehabilitation intervention, while the observation group was intervened with graded Baduanjin rehabilitation exercises on the basis of the control group. Lung function [forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC) and their ratio(FEV1/FVC)], fatigue degree, glucose and lipid metabolism indexes [total cholesterol(TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), triglycerides(TG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)] were compared between the two groups. 【Results】After the intervention, there was no significant difference in lung function indexes between the two groups before and after the intervention(P>0.05); The body fatigue score, brain fatigue score and total score of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the intervention, the TC, TG and HbA1c of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); There was no significant difference in HDL-C between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05). 【Conclusion】The hierarchical Baduanjin rehabilitation intervention can improve the fatigue status and glucose and lipid metabolism level of COPD patients, and has an important role in improving the quality of life of patients.
